Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

BLUWATER MARINE, LLC offers a 30-day return policy, meaning return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, customers must contact BLUWATER MARINE, LLC at [email protected]. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return request is approved, BLUWATER MARINE®, LLC will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the product.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by BLUWATER MARINE, LLC, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

BLUWATER MARINE, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment until the return process is completed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must notify BLUWATER MARINE, LLC promptly upon discovery by contacting [email protected]. Upon verification, BLUWATER MARINE, LLC will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

No exceptions will be made for these items.


Exchanges

BLUWATER MARINE, LLC does not process direct exchanges. To obtain a replacement item, customers should return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, BLUWATER MARINE, LLC will notify the customer whether the refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or credit card issuer.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since refund approval and the refund has not been received, customers should contact [email protected] for assistance.


Policy Modifications

BLUWATER MARINE, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
